We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Find answers to common shipping questions below.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 2–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email from support@finishlineusa.com with tracking information.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 shipped within the contiguous United States. For orders under $50, shipping is $6.99–$24.99 based on cart total and destination. Final shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only. We are not currently accepting international orders through finishlineusa.com.

Returns

If you need to return a product purchased directly from finishlineusa.com, here's what you need to know.

If something isn't right, we'll make it right. We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

To start a return, email us at customerservice@finishlineusa.com with your order number and reason for return — we'll take it from there. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

Please note: products purchased through a third-party retailer or online marketplace must be returned through the original point of purchase.

Email us at customerservice@finishlineusa.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not send products back without contacting us first — our team will review your request and provide return instructions once approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued.

We also offer store credit as an alternative to a refund — let us know your preference when you contact us.

Products purchased through a third-party retailer, bike shop, or online marketplace must be returned through the original point of purchase. We are unable to process returns for products not bought directly through finishlineusa.com.

Finish Line® has been formulating premium bicycle lubricants and care products since 1988. Every product that leaves our facility is held to the same standard: high performance, consistent quality, and honest results.

If something isn't right with your product — a quality issue, a packaging defect, or a formulation concern — we want to hear about it and we'll make it right.

Contact our team at customerservice@finishlineusa.com with the following:

  • A description of the issue you experienced
  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Photos of the product if relevant (packaging damage, leakage, etc.)

Our team will review your case and get back to you within 2–5 business days. Where a product defect or quality issue is confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement shipment.
